Wichita County Commissioners voted Monday to allocate $120,000 for autopsy costs for the rest of 2008. Pct. 1 Commissioner Joe Miller said in the past the county has paid only for autopsies ordered within outlying areas while Wichita Falls has paid for autopsies within the city limits.... read more
